One large or two small scoops?

How would you like your gelato to look? One large scoop or two small scoops if both were the same volume?

Bought this 2.5 oz Zeroll ice cream scoop. Love the way it curls the gelato into a nice compact ball without too much effort and the sound of the anti freeze in the handle when you shake it.
